       Veterans-Use Your VA Eligibility Over and Over!

        Two requirements for re-using your eligibility:

      1. Pay off the existing VA Loan
      2. Transfer Title to the property

Do not fall into the trap of refinancing your home with Conventional Financing thinking you can now buy another house with your VA Eligibility.

The 2nd requirement has to be met....the "transfer of title".
